About Us

Who are we?
Truecare Disability Services is committed to providing quality services and to continually improve the services for participants. We continually seek the feedback and involvement of our staff, participants, their families and other key people in the community whenever appropriate.
At Truecare Disability services, we seek to ensure the human rights of all people. Those who use our services are upheld in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (UNCRPD), the Six National Standards as well as the seven elements of the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Our diverse background and years of working in this sector has equipped us an excellent understanding and knowledge of the barriers faced by people with disabilities, and in particular people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds with disabilities. Truecare understands that people with the CLAD background face enormous barriers/challenges including but not limited to culture, language barriers, stigma, lack of understanding of their rights, as well as available services and how to access NDIS funding services and other mainstream services /supports.
