Our approach to support our participants is person-centred, meeting the needs and aspirations of participants. We treat participants with high levels of respect and maintain their confidentiality.
Our diverse background and years of working in this sector has equipped us with an excellent understanding and knowledge of the barriers faced by people with disabilities, and in particular, people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds with disabilities.
